Propranolol hydrochloride is a non-selective beta adrenergic antagonist used to treat hypertension,

angina, atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction, migraine, essential tremor, hypertrophic subaortic stenosis, and pheochromocytoma.

It is used for various functional arrhythmias, extrasystole of supraventricular and ventricular ectopic,

atrial fibrillation and arrhythmia caused by anesthesia.

Propranolol hydrochloride is indicated to treat hypertension.
Propranolol hydrochloride is also indicated to treat angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerosis,
atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction, migraine, essential tremor, hypertrophic subaortic stenosis,
pheochromocytoma, and proliferating infantile hemangioma.
