Osimertinib is a targeted therapeutic agent belonging to the class of third representative tyrosine kinase
inhibitors of skin growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is primarily used to treat patients with EGFR
gene mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), especially those with advanced NSCLC
with the T790M mutation.

The mechanism of action of osimertinib is to prevent the growth and spread of cancer cells by inhibiting
