Nilotinib hydrochloride is a targeted therapeutic agent used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)
and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).

In CML patients, nilotinib hydrochloride can inhibit the proliferation of leukemia stem cells, thereby
reducing the number of leukemia cells and prolongs the survival time of patients.
In GIST patients, nilotinib hydrochloride can inhibit the growth and spread of tumor cells and reduce the volume of tumors.

Its application fields mainly include the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia and gastrointestinal
