Fexofenadine hydrochloride is an antihistamine used to treat allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and other symptoms caused
by allergic reactions, such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and rashes. It reduces symptoms caused by allergic reactions
by blocking the action of histamine. Compared to other antihistamines, Fexofenadine hydrochloride has the advantage
that it does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier and therefore does not cause adverse effects such as drowsiness.
Fexofenadine hydrochloride can be used for acute or chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis, insect bite dermatitis, eczema, pruritus and so on.
