Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a water-soluble vitamin that cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be supplied by food,
and is indispensable for maintaining normal physiological functions and metabolism of the human body.

Riboflavin is involved in the normal growth of cells, promote wound healing,
strong nails and hair, or an important component of coenzymes, involved in the synthesis and metabolism of carbohydrates,
