1.Mechanism of action: is a cephalosporin antibiotic that exerts bactericidal effects by inhibiting the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall.
2. Antimicrobial spectrum: It is active against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. Its antimicrobial spectrum is similar to that of the second-generation cephalosporins.
3. Unique characteristics: Highly stable against β-lactamase, thus remaining effective against many bacterial strains that have developed resistance to penicillins and some cephalosporins (such as anaerobic bacteria and certain Gram-negative bacteria)
